The young lady at the front desk was pleasant.
The room’s beds were positioned on top of a hollow medal frame that made loud noises with the slightest movement. The closet doors were not stable on their tracks. The tub was stained. The leisure chair in the room had mysterious stains on it. I flipped the cushion just to not frustrate my family. The phone did not work. I told the nice lady at the front desk. We arrived after 10:00 PM, and just wanted to sleep to get up for an important event at the college we were visiting. I was disappointed with property and didn’t have a fight in me because it was so late.

Close to airport; nice having the restaurant in lobby due to bad weather, easy to use the shuttle to the airport, comfortable and quiet room with a great bed.
We were told that check-in would be later than posted due to the fact that they were running late. We arrived after a hard drive in pouring rain and had to wait in lobby for quite a while.

The staff helped with finding me a good place to eat that was walking distance from hotel. Arrived early at hotel. They let me go right to my room. That was awesome.
