The location was great and the restaurant/bar was good a little over priced though but good quality.

Convenience, super close to the airport and able to stay at the location of the convention I attended. Very friendly staff.
No breakfast included. Even with all the parking, if you left the property you may have to park nearby. That was a little frustrating since we were guests at the hotel..

It was in the same building as the event I attended. Room was clean and staff is always great.
WIFI and TV didn't work. Luckily I wasn't in the room that much because of the event.

The staff checking me in, the spartan hotel room, the cold water showers, the lack of any carpeting, the wild temperature swings in the convention rooms, the staff in the restaurant, the food in the restaurant, $4 for a cup of coffee with no refills

The location
No carpet on the floor, in the room.
In the first room we had, there was black stuff in the bed, that looked like little mice turds. The staff was very accommodating, they gave us another room. The 2nd room was a little better, at least there was nothing in the beds. But the room wasn’t very clean. Your TV didn’t work very well, not a lot of channel selection. Half the outlets in the room didn’t work, we were lucky we had 2 that worked!

The hotel was large, room was big and clean, and bathroom was clean.
The ice machines didn’t work on various floors. The staff weren’t tidy…greasy haired… definitely could have been more professional.

No hot water until last day, no continental breakfast or free coffee in lobby, heat wasn’t functioning properly. Bathtub to tall for elderly people/unsafe, small/short toilet

The staff was friendly. The FFA National Convention was being held in Indy this week and the hotel was full of high schoolers. They were respectful, and having a great time there. The staff was great with the kids.

Disappointing
Staff was very welcoming even though very busy at check in.
Two cold showers! The first one I thought was because the band event had everyone up early showering. The next day I had the same experience. The TV did not work and the beds and pillows were terrible.
