The staff was courteous.
The room they gave us was stinky. When I turned on the heat, smoke alarm came on. They then gave us another room which was much better.

Customer service desk hotel front desk worker was rude and very much disrespectful
Everything rude workers and also unprofessional very much needs to be shut down a lot of drug trafficking and prostitution

The ceiling in the hallway had multiple spots it was falling down with mold the sheets and blanket were stained the tub was moldy and stained and there was trash behind the nightstands

Everything was very dirty—the bath towels, the sheets; it wasn't clean at all. I booked for five days but only stayed for four, and they didn't even refund my deposit.
