Very Poor
We did not stay due to poor conditions of the hotel when we drove up. The hotel was run down with ratty curtains in the window. Several men were hanging around d the front door and I didn’t feel safe so we drove off. I have never experienced such a thing before and was surprised it was even a Hampton, as we are honor members and have stayed at many Hilton hotels through the years.

Clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and the pool was nice.
The system was down when we arrived. We had to wait 2.5 hours to get into our rooms. Staff was nice and gave us free snacks and let the kids swim while we waited.

As soon as you step through the door the staff greeted you and were friendly. The air freshener was very pleasant and the new remodel in the lobby was eye catching. The texts were an added touch that was above expected.
Our bed was really uncomfortable, and the room had a strong smell of sewage or something to it. We have stayed here several times, and it was never an issue, so we didn't want to complain and when asked about the stay and I did mention it for the next poor soul all they responded was thanks for the feedback. Being by the highway was a little noisy at times but not overwhelming.

Eggs great. But sausage patties were dried out and tasted like cardboard. Bacon on the small side and little dried out.

I was greeted with, “Did you get a notice that our elevators are not working and we don’t have any rooms on the first floor?” Then I was told that I was being sent to a brand new hotel not far away. A hotel with potholes in the driveway, had to ask for an ice bucket & cups, no coffeemaker, no salt & pepper packets with the paltry breakfast. Disgusting!

Excellent location and rate
This particular stay was a bad one. I was put on the top floor. That night was windy and there was something banging above my room. The clerk that left at 11:00pm said it was a contractor working and they would be done at 11:00. The noise continued so I called down at midnight. That clerk said it was the wind causing something to bang. Not much sleep that night.
Also, I was bitten on my arm by most likely a spider during the night.

Great location, easy to find, price was good
They gave me a room that was already occupied, only one elevator was working, breakfast was cold, TV wouldn't work, and room phone wouldn't work so you couldn't call the front desk.

Pool closed ,elevator not working , coffee maker in room broken TV impossible to operate, body soap dispenser in bathroom ripped off the wall and lobby women’s restroom out. Of order. They also put me in the farthest room from elevator when I had requested near elevator because of my mobility issues.

No elevator and it's been out a while. No hot water and was told it's a hotel problem. Staff was sweet and embarrassed. Breakfast was just awful.
