Charity at reception was exceptional even stayed late to make sure we got checked in and settled after a 12 hr drive. Location was good....wasn't too loud at night.
The hotel had a bit of an old smell, it was pretty clean, bathroom and kitchen were cleaner than I would've thought based off the smell. Staff was super friendly and helpful, can't praise them enough but it did smell a bit weird.

Location to the hospital.
I feel like I was ripped off on the pricing. I saw the same room (on the same site that I used) when I was staying there for half the cost. The couch in the living room was torn, the TV did not work, there was a hole in the bedroom door, the entry door was so tight that you could hardly get it open or closed, and very little linens. When I ask for extra linens the man at the desk said he didn't have many, found me a towel and wash cloth. Would not recommend this location. Very run down.

I didn't like being told 3xs between 1030 am and 1045 am about the check out. I was already packing up when they knocked the first time.
