The manager prix was awful. Bed was not made, and there were no towels. When I told the manager my room was not clean he got angry. He game me one large towel.

Pleasant desk clerk. Clean room as well as bathroom .Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower had good pressure and drained well.

It was close to family we were visiting
The lobby was very small. The desk clerk wasn’t helpful. The room had no Wi-Fi, the tv was analog there were no chairs, hairdryer hangers but worst was no phone. Roaches in the tub. Had to get online to get number to front desk to ask for hairdryer and towels we only had 1 bath towel no hand or face towels

roaches as soon as you open the room door. poor customer service said we “had to wait” until the next night to cancel and receive a refund.

Location + Price + newer interior + appreciate the intentionality
Breakfast + please vacuum the lobby and steps + hallway….effort matters even if the building is a bit older….dont just drop down some odor eating powder and then pretend its clean just because it smells a little better

I booked the room due to working in the area. But as I was leaving the jobsite I was in an auto accident. And I did not even get to check into the room

The renovated room is good but few issues you see below and it's comfortable.
The sink area and bathroom really need to be renovate because the sink area the cold water wasn't on, the sink is dripping, the toilet needs some work so they need to renovate the bathroom overall it's doable

the room's smelled bad, they were never cleaned there were Roaches in the room's we took pictures of them and complained and they still didnt clean the room's I am very upset about those rooms being Filthy and I want a Refund.

The tv did not work, the ac unit leaked all the way to the door, I had to fix the toilet in order to flush, and to top it all off we killed cockroaches.

Stained carpet, broken lamp, poor television connection, side entry door was open always and accessible to anyone from the street, poor breakfast.
