Easy, fast checkin, as well as fast contactless checkout. Pool was a nice size.

The price i paid for the value, i booked this thinking it was clean i arrived and the stairs were nasty the elevator was dirty. $140 and i feel like holiday inn would have been a better choice. I will not be staying there again. Esp. For $140 a night that was not worth the price.

Staff was friendly
The entire place just felt very dark, dingey, and dirty. The carpet and walls were dirty throughout the halls and our room. It smelled old (we even went to Walmart to buy air freshener plug ins for the 2 nights we stayed because it was a very unpleasant smell) in the room, halls, and elevators. The pool area also felt dirty and didn’t smell good at all, and the floors were pretty gross. Our ceiling fan was dirty and didn’t work. Our ice bucket had mildew/mold on the lid (they gave us another one). We had the one bedroom suite with the sofa bed which was okay, but there wasn’t anywhere to really sit and eat in the room. Breakfast was a bit disappointing but the coffee and waffles were good! I try to find the positives in my experiences but this was just not good and I wouldn’t recommend it for more than a quick sleep. The staff was very kind during every interaction.

Room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a free shuttle to and from airport. The location worked for me as I was flying in to go to the Indy 500 race and I chose it for the proximity to the airport and the free shuttle.
Hotel decor very dated. It is very close to a major highway and despite asking for a quiet room the traffic noise was constant 24x7, I needed ear plugs to sleep. There are no decent restaurants nor anywhere to get a beer nearby, you need to take a taxi/Uber. Breakfast was very limited with no healthy options and coffee that was very weak.

Staff were extremely helpful kind and I'll always appreciate their help. The beds were very comfortable.
The hotel feels a bit tired and could do with an upgrade. The plasterwork in our bathroom was rough and unfinished, and the shower pressure was poor. Breakfast was very basic—nothing to shout about. In today’s world, we really need to move away from using disposable paper plates and plastic cutlery. Hopefully, everything was at least recycled, but it’s time for a more sustainable approach.
