the staff was great!!!!! I really liked Pat. & mike the manger. A huge shot out to both of them for the friendliness & all the help telling me where everything in the city was & how to get around while my car was@ Rpm performance getting tuned.. & the breakfast was awesome!!! very nice clean room.

Coffee and clean beds
The rooms were extremely loud at night, the entire hotel smelled, the rooms were very small and needed major repairs: paint of the door was peeling off, light cover was off in the bathroom and light bulbs was out, the mirror was framed in but missing 2 of the 4 pieces, the ceiling was literally falling off, there was a large crack in the sink that had been “repaired “ and the elevator was out of order.

The proximity to Indy. Easy to get places.
The room is in need of updates. No phone charging stations in room, only outlets. We could actually hear people walking across the floor above us ...very distracting when trying to sleep.

Scary, dark parking area. Wet leaves, dirt, icy patches in parking lot.
As we entered the building wet leaves, dirt, and snow on patches in the parking area which had poor lighting. The lobby door had a very worn out threshold which had obviously been around and not replaced. The lobby had a strange smell which was an issue. We inquired about safety issues in this area and none were disclosed but when entering our room there were marks on the door where at some point it had been pried open which again caused concern. We returned to the front desk and asked to be moved to another booking.com property but offered not options and told use it should be resolved through your company.
Another issue while there, We were given a room on the third floor and the property had one small elevator which did not sound safe. We reluctantly spent the night and when trying to leave found the elevator was taken out of service and only had stairs for exiting. This was difficult since we had a luggage trolly full of luggage. When using the stairs the area was a dumping place for old parts and what looked like gutters under the lower stair case.

They charged me the $100 deposit even thou no one smoked it was just the fact I smell like cigarettes and it permeates the room cause all over my clothes etc and everything smells like smoke so they just assumed it was smoked in!? Would like my $100?

Wonderful
I enjoyed the breakfast the most. Its the choices you wake up to for example: Waffles, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee, tea, juices just to name a few.
No the hotel was quite, clean and the shower was great. I could rest and be ready for my exam.
