Free breakfast, fitness & pool facilities.
No elevator and dirty stairwell, which was also rickety (loose boards). We did not know the AC was only operable via the thermostat on the wall, so we thought it did not work when we tried to turn it on with the controls on the AC. This is unacceptable. Clients should be told at check-in of this abnormality, so as to avoid frustration in the room. Lastly, the sockets were very loose, so most of them could not even hold a plug from a phone charger or curling iron. These are all minor irritations, but they are easily fixed. So, proper maintenance should be kept up. We have stayed at nicer Quality Inns, so we expect those standards to match wherever we travel to.

Everything. The pool was closed. The air conditioning took forever to work. Our room smelled and there were water spots and what looked like mold all over the ceiling. We could barely get our room door open and closed.

Silver duct tape holding the place together bathroom ceiling was water damaged and falling in the place was in terrible shape. Holes and walls were repaired, but un sanded or painted. Blow dryer did not operate.

Yes. The customer service was poor, our room had multiple maintenance issues (including an overflowing toilet), and the pool was closed without any notice prior to booking. The hotel refused compensation, Overall, very disappointing.

There is no elevator. For anyone with large amount of luggage or kids that don’t walk, this is extremely inconvenient. The toilet seat was not the right size for the toilet leaving part of the toilet exposed. Food crumbs and hair all behind the bed. On top of that, one of the beds in our room was completely broken down and they kept my deposit because of it, when it was not our fault. The pool area smelled like sewage as well! I will absolutely never stay here again.

The location
The first room they gave us had mold growing on the walls and ceiling and smelled like mildew and two of the 4 lights didn’t work. We asked to be moved and they relocated us to a cleaner room but the ceiling started leaking and our floors were wet.
