This is a nightmare place to stay. The pictures are VERY misleading. The pool was closed the first room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes and the second room was nasty. The door to enter the room was not sealed so I heard everything and had light constantly poking through.
The area is awful. It’s constantly got people sitting outside the doors at night. On the last night of my stay my catalytic converters got stolen off my car and the staff did absolutely nothing.

The shower was cold. No hot water. The remote was broken. The person who checked me in booked the wrong room so if the girl did happen to walk back out I would have had to come back down because i don’t know what was wrong with the other one 232.. the pool closed. Couldn’t find one good thing about this property never again

The bed was too high. The water temperature in the shower was to hot or to cold. I couldn't get the temperature right. I checked in after 3 and my room was not ready. The breakfast time ended to early. How about ending at 10 am?

The room was a nice space for one person or a couple great that they serve breakfast
there was a random pill in the corner of the room along with a hair tie that was left by the night stand there were people arguing in the hallway or one of the rooms nearby very late at night

The room and lobby areas were very clean and the staff was friendly. The check-in/out process was easy. The parking is convenient.
The pillows for the bed were throw pillows, not bed pillows, and there was no extra blanket. Much of the building would look so much better with more upkeep. Breakfast quality was very disappointing.

The location and the cleanliness of the hotel
The shower water would not run at all so they switched us to another room and it wasn’t hot water in that unit. The staff Tanya was extremely rude. The room service came in the room after the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door. The pool was out of service so our children did not swim. People were checking out as we were checking in.
