Pros - Very clean, polite staff, comfortable room. Cons - No safe in room, just lockboxes behind front desk that no one knew how to use. Booked a mobility accessible king suite that was supposed to have both an accessible tub and a full kitchen. Once we
Cont. - got to the room we found there was no kitchen, just a counter where you could tell the sink, cooktop, dishwasher, and full sized fridge should have been. Front desk staff said king suites have either an accessible tub OR kitchen, not both.

The kindness of the staff. We asked for a restaurant recommendation which was happily provided. We were thanked for staying at the hotel by multiple staff at the front desk. Everyone had a smile. Those quality q’s start at top leadership.
The only thing about the hotel is the construction, nothing the hotel staff can control.

We came once again to celebrate our granddaughter’s birthday, specifically to swim! The pool didn’t disappoint, and the breakfast delicious. Chocolate waffles were a hit!
