The location is fine, the reception is clean, the food is fine.
You need to invest a little more in cleaning. The water flow is a little funny in the shower, not really strong.

The hotel was in a very safe location. Check in and check out were easy. The breakfast was great, lots of hot choices, quite a variety. The staff was mostly friendly. The manager kept the breakfast well stocked. The manager was very sweet to our kids, asking if they had a nice stay. We could tell she was striving for perfection. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy the pool. The hotel was clean, and the room was clean. I was able to text questions to the staff. Free parking was a huge plus.
The worker at checkin was a little brash. We had kept funds low on our card while traveling in a big city. She seemed a bit annoyed that I had to transfer. The hotel said if I didn’t arrive by 6 they would let my reservation go, as apparently they tried to charge my card before I had arrived, which, according to the reservation, it wouldn’t be charged until I checked in. They also added a charge for incidentals without my knowledge.I’m still waiting for that charge to be returned. There were a few things that were broken in our room, like a wiggly bathroom door pull and cracks behind our bed. Fixing these simple things would elevate the experience.

Took 10 minutes to check in. No one was at the front desk at 4:30 pm.

I have stayed here many times. The staff is friendly and professional; Jeremy is especially outgoing and helpful. The location is perfect for my work, and several restaurants are within walking distance.

The property is clean an well-located.
The hotel would not cooperate with me about rebooking a reservation. I tried to change my reservation to a week earlier, both through Booking.com and with the property itself. I received no response online, and in person, I had to pay again and cancel the other booking, for which o received no compensation or alternative booking option. Bottom line, they will not work with you if your itinerary changes.

We love the location, breakfast service and proximity to the airport
CLEAN the pool more regularly, general maintenance is lacking, we had a lot of noise in the room directly above us two nights in a row and the staff did nothing to mitigate the issue.

There was an entrance in the front and the back. I had forgotten what I booked so I was suprised when I walked in and there were 2 beds lol I love that there are fluffy pillows and a more firm option. There was also a lounger in the corner. There was a bench right next to the wardrobe to put your bags instead of on the bed. The desk chair was comfy and spinny. The breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of options. Scrambled eggs, what we call egg tacos (a simple cheese omelet but looks like a taco), turkey sausage, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, a pancake station and assorted breads. I didn't use the pool or weight room but it looked like there was a good amount of equipment to be used. Plenty of parking in the back of the building and it's located on a bus line (I'm not sure the route, I was checking for a future trip)
The only thing I didn't like was that door dash had to leave your food downstairs. There was a sign that said something like "for the privacy of our guests, please leave food here" I didn't realize when I ordered so if you don't want to leave your room, I'd grab something while out and about. I do appreciate the concern for the guests though!
