The room was very clean, the staff was very nice

The neighbors were loud (get what you get) and there were consistently some tiny ants by the sink, no biggie

Room was clean and spacious. Stayed warm even though we had below freezing temps during our stay. We actually had to turn the heat down, which was unexpected.

Very limited parking and nothing is assigned. When we came back from the day in Chicago, there was nowhere near our room to park and we had to park on the other side of the building. There were only 3 spots available at the time, and some guests had double parked, which made finding a spot super difficult.

Stayed frequently at this location over a decade ago. Was what you expected for the price, kinda run down. Fast forward they’ve done a great job in renovating and modernizing! The pool was even up and running!

Dinette chairs are extremely uncomfortable, hard wood equivalent to the old one piece school desks of old.

They triple charged me for the room and kicked me out when I complained. I had to call the police. This all happened within 25 minutes of arriving at the hotel.

They were happy to check me in an hour early, and were very accommodating to my girlfriend and I. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Hotel is in a great spot to go to Brookfield Zoo (6 minutes away) and/or into the city! (20-30 minutes depending on traffic)

There is certainly room for improvement but nothing that made the trip unenjoyable. Several spots in the walls were messed up, there was a splash of an unknown substance stuck to the ceiling, and there was an odor coming from the closet.

I loved the room in general. It was very spacious, with a lot of room for activity. Me and my spouse had a lot of fun. Location was pretty good as well, there was stores about 10 minutes away from the place which was nice. Not far of a drive at all for essentials. The pool felt GREAT!!

When we looked into the jacuzzi, there was a little bit of hairs that where in the drain and we had to run the water a couple times with soap for it to be good to use. One thing I recommend that will make the room amazing is floating counter space right next to the tv and fridge so that guest have space to put some things that they bring from home. Another thing for better service will be a telephone to reach the front desk right away, just in case the guest doesn't want to make the walk to the front desk for service.

The workers were exceptional. The bed was comfortable and clean. The pool room was warm. The AC worked amazing the heated it as well. Water pressure was really good. Breakfast was good. It was waffles. Muffins, fruit, coffee, oatmeal and everyone working there was super Duper sweet never felt unsafe great parking

Only complaint is the Coffee but still drinkable

Closed right as 10 when we walked in, but it didn’t really look like much more than toaster items and waffles.

Heavy smell of cleaning products in the room, shower has a leak that sprays up and around.

The room I had was very nice.. freshly renovated and upgraded.. it was very quiet and pleasant.. Heat worked well.

The water was lukewarm at best in the shower, and never did get hot.. the deadbolt to the room I stayed in (room 44, I believe) did not lock, & it was pretty drafty around the door. The heater in the bathroom didn’t work, but I did notice a little on/off switch under the grill plate on the heater and it was flipped to the off position so maybe it’s just a matter of turning that on I’m not sure.. fridge didn’t seem to get or keep things cold, not sure if it was even working tbh..
