Everything. The room, the location, the breakfast and most of all the staff. They were extremely kind and helpful considering.
It is a very charming old town house and quite small. The floors are made of wood so anyone who walks past the room would be very noisy. Not much can be done about it.

Very clean room and comfi bed. Hotel is situated in a nice and vibrant neighbourhood (but pretty far from downtown - which I didn’t mind), with lots of restaurants and such right around the corner. Not far to walk to metro station. Very nice and helpful staff.
Overall, I felt this was overpriced, probably due to marathon. Very loud train tracks right next to building, trains could be heard (and felt) even from room facing the otherwise quiet residential street. Generall not very well soundproofed. No real breakfast was provided, basically just snacks. Almost no water pressure in shower.

Perfect location to explore Wicker park, easy access to downtown . Aimee approachable and helpful for information. Would stay again.

Nice room
I informed the hotel about my arrival time ( which was 11 pm from an international ) but when I showed up there was no way to get into the hotel . It was not an Airbnb and should have had someone at reception. The staff at breakfast was unfriendly and didn’t give me any attention

Great location. Comfortable bed. Plenty of light. Well designed bathroom.
The room had a strong odor. You could tell the cleaning staff tried to mop and cover up the smell, but it persisted. ( odor plus strong cleaning products ) Also quite cold. Could not turn up the mini split.
