The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel, the fact that you offer a car wash service.
I had to wait about 45 mins to a hour, for my room to be ready. Even though i had a scheduled check in time.

The hotel indicated that they sent a driver from Empire to pick me up but the driver they instructed was not from Empire and had no idea where the hotel was. I never got there nor did I ever hear from the property which I find really surprising. I could have been dead yet they never followed up.
Why did the hotel not provide accurate information about the company they used for transportation nor follow up with me on my non-arrival?

All the staff were extremely nice and helpful! Usually, there's one person who has an attitude but not at the Waldorf. We were treated like royalty by everyone. It was definitely a pleasant experience. We can't wait to come back!

The speakeasy was great pricy but awesome - Bernards 10/10!
Cleanliness, loved the fireplace in the room! Complimentary hot chocolate and apple cider was an extra bonus as well after a freezing day!
Server at the bar on Sunday was very unfriendly. I only gave a 10% tip as a result.
