When I booked through Booking.com it was mentioned that the Breakfast was included, I did added the breakfast while booking, but the Hotel gave me a $50 credit for 3 Adults !! Seriously,just $50 that too for 3 adults and I had to pay for my breakfast, Another incident was on Saturday (25th April) morning there was no water in the building and when I call'd the reception they just informed they dont have water and dont know abou the ETA as when it will come, I mean are you guys kidding me an expesive hotel such as the MIDLAND HOTEL, doesnt even have water backup ?? That was just not acceptable.. I am really not happy with my stay experience, also I am not sure, if I will ever do any bookings from BOOKING.COM as they didnt clearly informed about the breakfast credit before.
