The aesthetic of the room and hotel in general, the ease of valet service, and check-in. Considering one of the nearby garages was $50 for the same time frame, paying the $80 valet service for 8-24 hours was worth it for someone who doesn't drive in big cities more than once or twice a year.
The beds were comfortable, but I generate a lot of heat when I sleep. I'll swear that I was boiling in the comforter and sheets provided while heating the entire room at the same time. It isn't a problem everyone has, but the breathability of the fabric made for a night of interrupted sleep for me.

Quiet, clean, modern and comfortable room. Adjacent Tavern on Rush restaurant and bar was a nice bonus. Great location.

The room but not much other amenities in the hotel. Gym was lack luster and no business center feels like you have much to improve on still.
Hidden fees at check out of “destination fee” , no amenities in the hotel. The gym is hardly that and there was no location for me to work other than inside my room, a business center would go a long way.
