The location is excellent and we had requested a river view room which was beautiful. The doorman, Charles, greeted us warmly and took great care of us during our brief stay. Quality of in-room dining was surprisingly good.
Check-in experience was extremely disappointing, it was almost as if we were inconveniencing the front desk associate. She didn't tell us anything about the property, basically just scanned my credit card and ID and silently handed over the room key.
