Great location just outside Downtown in Old Town! Free Street Parking! Beautiful facility and very clean. Rooms nice and bed very comfortable. The Manager was awesome! Very nice and helpful! Nice continental breakfast with great choices!
It was little bit too warm in our room all night. We were on the second floor. I slept great but woke up about three-four times because it was too hot.

Beautiful interior, California king bed and spacious shower with shower chair. Easy parking on the same side of the street. Loved the neighborhood and very close to the lakefront trail.
I liked the breakfast but wish there was options of already made scrambled eggs or sausage. Somewhat small bedroom because of the size of the bed.

Clean, safe, quiet. Centrally located. Doesn't have a "feel" of a big hotel chain. Very nice and responsive staff.

The SONO is located in a very nice area. The entire property was beautiful.
It is across from a school so although parking is free with stay it can be limited.

It is a nice property. They had a nice spread of breakfast items. We didn’t do our normal walking tours because it was so cold that day but the neighborhood seems nice and it is close to a Metro station and neighborhood eating places. WiFi was good.
There was no one to meet us at the property to get the keys even though I had communicated our arrival time. I didn’t know that I needed to call him to have him meet us so we were waiting in the cold for him to walk over from a nearby property. Once we got the keys it was easy to come and go. They need instructions on how to use the TV.
