The condo was spacious, very clean, fully equipped, in an excellent location, warm and comfortable during the cold weather, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful.
The building layout made it a little hard to find the unit on the first night, and the weather in Chicago was extremely cold during our stay.

Location is incredible. The views are spectacular. My favorite part is how somehow, you manage to feel at “home”. Truly. Then you look out the window and it’s a little surreal. No uncomfortable stuffy hotel feeling. I felt at ease in minutes, lacked nothing for convenience. I’ve seen the city many different ways, and this is by very far my favorite.
This box is merely more room for compliments. Forgot something? Take the elevator down and go next door to Jewel. Don’t overpack there’s a washer and dryer. You can’t hear your neighbors.

The location is perfect, and the hosts were fantastic-friendly, responsive, and helpful. The apartment itself is clean, beautifully furnished, spacious and comfortable. We especially loved the exceptional city and sunset views from the balcony, along with the well-equipped and thoughtfully designed facilities. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very nicely appointed, clean and comfortable apartment in a very convenient location. Especially liked the penthouse view of the city, the fireplace and grocery store next door.
The make up mirror in bathroom is like a Funhouse mirror. ?

The apartment (5207) was superb with wonderful views. They were so good that we didn't feel the need to go to the Sears Tower or Chicago 360! It was even more spacious than the photos suggested and was just a super place to stay and entertain our guests.
On other reviews I noted a few people being frustrated by the communications and requests from the owners. Upon booking I began to feel the same with several messages being recieved about how to pick up the keys and how to treat the apartment and other apartment rules. Having now stayed at the apartment I can well understand why the owners send these communications. They care very much that the apartment is in tip top condition for you and that you do not experience any difficulties finding it or gaining access. In the end I was most impressed with the thoroughness, helpfullness and timeliness of all of their communications.
