Rooms really well appointed and beds were incredibly comfortable
Booking included breakfast - on arrival was told they would only honour for 2 (4 people on the booking) - staff were really unhelpful and left to us to resolve with booking.com (we are now out of pocket as breakfast was very expensive but was tied to the hotel based on two being able to eat) Rooms serviced too late (one time after 6pm) and used chewing found in a napkin.
