The views were amazing the room and everything is clean,
but the staff look at you as if you are a class of human below them. I was very uncomfortable the entire time I felt very judged and every interaction with a concierge manager, guest service employee. I was talked down to and given very judgmental looks. Not a very welcoming environment. I treated them with nothing but respect and in return was treated like I was an inconvenience.

The star tried to accommodate us for their mistake.
They’re was no more parking and the valet was not the best help, ontop of that the room I booked was a used and it was pretty late when we arrived I was expecting to Go straight to my room and get settled and rest, but I had to go back down and let them know the room wasn’t cleaned, the second room I they gave was an upgrade but the phone wasn’t working so I had to go back down to the lobby and let them know what I was needing to request. So it was a restless night for me!
