Location is very good , close to stores and shops.
American breakfast good enough to start the day with eggs and yogurt., Permanent coffee station is great .
Room was very confortable & quiet to rest, with suite amenities to prepare some drinks, snacks, sandwiches or warm any food leftover.
Hotel didn't provide bottles of drinking watter, and the only point for water refill was at the gym, which is more complicated to leave the room just to look for water.

we stayed in room 1909 and the ceiling started dripping aggressively out of the sprinklers onto our TV and then we got transferred to the River across the hall and the entire bathroom shelf disconnected from the wall we never once received room service no fresh towels we never got our garbage is empty and every single time we wanted to use valet it took longer than 30 minutes to receive our car. This was honestly the worst hotels state I’ve ever received and I will be reaching out for a discounted rate.

The rooms and location were excellent. Soundproof and comfortable.
Staff was very helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again.
The breakfast was nice, although a little variation would've been appreciated.
A bigger gym would be good.
