The rooms and location were excellent. Soundproof and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again.
The breakfast was nice, although a little variation would've been appreciated. A bigger gym would be good.

Staff was super nice and the rooms were great for our family of three. We really enjoyed the location and the proximity the Mag Mile and Navy Pier.
Parking is expensive but that's Chicago...

The location was excellent.We liked the spacious apt. and that it had 2 separate bedrooms and we also loved the morning coffee bar in the lobby.
The bathroom was too small for a 2 bedroom apartment for 3-4 people and the water pressure in the shower was too weak.
