Clean spacious room with a great view.
1. I booked the room in this hotel because on booking it stated that parking was included. I was really disappointed to find out it was not. I spent a lot of time to find a parking which wasn’t too expensive.
2. I expected more courtesy from the stuff. I asked if they had a phone charger I could use for 30 minutes and nobody wanted to help. So I went to my car to get a charger. My parking spot was 20 minutes walk away and I got under heavy rain on my way.
3. I toon plates with food during breakfast and left them to grab coffee. In just a minute all my plates were carried away. And it happened twice during the breakfast.
