The room offered me an exceptional view. It was very clean and the bed was confortable
The duvet cover didn't fit properly and was in direct contact with the duvet, which I don't think is washed after every guest

Very noisy both outside the hotel (not much can be done about that) and inside due to the incredibly noisy aircon

The customer service at LondonHouse was outstanding. I had made an error while booking and they helped get me sorted with a smile. Also, the location could not possibly have been better. We had an excellent stay and plan to return!

I like the positioning of the building and views from the vista room.
I didn’t like how the valet attendant was sleeping at the desk around 2am. No other security. Anyone could have walked in.
