The warm hot chocolate in the lobby was a welcoming surprise on a cold wintry day. The location with 24/7 shuttle to airport was perfect!

The bed was super comfortable. I loved that I could shower and didn't have to unpack and us my stuff.
I called to ask about your advertised "we only drop off and pick up at terminal 2. I got the main office, not the hotel itself. They kept telling me that they only pickup/drop off at T2. Once I got to the hotel, they said they did indeed drop off at T5. I was traveling international and had very heavy bags. I tried to book a bellman in the morning and they told me I only needed to call in the morning when I was ready, and he would be up in 10-15 minutes. I did. I allowed myself enough time but the people I were in contact with at the reception desk never told the bellman to come up. I got on the shuttle 45 minutes later than I had planned. I was the last one to check in to an international flight only an hour and 45 minutes before the flight. How disappointing. All of this was enough for me to never stay with you again.

The room was large and comfortable. The disability shower was great it was very large. Bed was comfortable and we had a good view.
The only thing I didn’t like was the conditioner in the shower was empty. For a $200 room there should be conditioner in the shower. My hair looked terrible.

Location and quality
My reservation was messed up between the hotel and booking.com if I had arrived when the hotel was busy probably they wouldn’t accommodate me …lucky Monday was already more calm and they fixed it

The beds and linens are so comfortable it’s like sleeping in a cloud. I didn’t want to get up to catch my flight.
It’s a little bit dark,dated ,and plain in decor, however that’s minor given the comfort, and convenience. Parking is insanely expensive if one has a guest visiting. Luckily the restaurant can validate.

The staff was so courteous - you never find that anywhere anymore! Hotel was clean and small touches were evident throughout. Food was DELICIOUS!!!!
