The Doors Slamming actually shook my bed constantly and it looked like Staff was staying on my floor and on my last night it was very loud in the hallway well after midnight

The staff were great. The room had clean and very comfortable.
It would be do helpful when guests check in, if the front desk stagf shares that they could unload their luggage through the other doors that are located on the other side of the lobby before parking in the garage.

Overall, our stay was not bad and the location was very convenient - about 5 minutes from the метро and around 10 minutes from the Blue Line. For the price, it was decent value.
However, there were a few issues. We booked the room for 4 people, but it was only prepared for 2 guests when we arrived. We had to ask several times for an extra blanket, and also had to request water more than once. The sink in the bathroom was clogged as well.

Property was conveniently located and had easy access to public transit. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Bathroom was a little funky and could use updating, especially the shower. Edges were grimy and didn’t seem properly cleaned. There was no exhaust as well which made the room very uncomfortable after a hot shower.

The gym is spacious, the room is clean and spacious, the desk is large, breakfast was delicous, great location--very close to Union Station, there is mini store at the lobby that has snacks and frozen meals, there is a bar that opens until late (10pm), there is working station at the lobby with many power outlets.
There are not a lot of hooks to hang stuff in the bathroom (only one on the door). Need to pay $5 to store luggage after checking out. There are only yellow lights in the bedroom.
