The location is great, walking distance to many theaters, stores, restaurants, etc. I paid little extra for a room with a view. We got a room on the 3rd floor with a view, but it was close to the street and quite noisy late at night (a Saturday night). But I use a noisemaker, so it wasn’t a problem. Room was very clean.

Excellent location close to the river and Magnificent Mile. Easy 10 min walk from blue line train from O’Hare. Lots of restaurant and shopping options. Convenient riverboat tours in warmer weather. We enjoyed a walking tour with ChicagoArchitecture Center (10 min walk away) and jazz at Andy’s(2 min walk). Complimentary Continental breakfast offered lots of options. Evening complimentary beer and wine happy hour also welcome. Gym looked excellent, but we didn’t use. All staff were friendly and helpful. José, the bartender at Happy Hour, was particularly friendly and kind.

The staff was so welcoming at our arrival. check in was quick and easy, and our stay was so comfortable. We left behind a high value item and before we'd even realized it the hotel reached out offering to make arrangements for its return or pick up.

Booked the wrong room - got one king size, needed two queens. Staff quickly changed. No problems. Rooms are comfortable. Bathroom clean and nicely equipped.
