They accommodated early check-in, and placed my 2 rooms next to each other. The hotel was clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Location is top notch - one block off Mag Mile, easy access to buses and trains, and a skywalk connection to the Northwestern medical center.
The water set up was a little strange. Bottled water was included, but water in a metal container was extra. Both waters were oddly placed on the bottom shelf of a side table.
The $15 food discount for the on-site restaurant that was included with the room is nice, but I think a small grab-n-go complimentary pastry/snack bar and coffee station at breakfast time would also have been nice near the restaurant area.

Just the view and the easy access to the room.
It was dirty , left over straws from previous guest, no waters and the experience wasn’t very well.and the room I payed for wasn’t as portrayed as the pictures shown, and the deposit was a up charge of 30$ instead of the regular 100$ deposit as stated .

Beautiful building super clean very nice staff. I stayed here to celebrate my partner's birthday. They gave a little good tray and were super kinda even sang is happy birthday. The room was stunning the bed was comfy the room has an a great view and it was an amazing experience for the price.
It's right next to a major hospital in downtown Chicago. every 30 minutes to an hour from 1-4 am you will just keep hearing ambulance sirens going off. Also the corner king room we stayed in had thinner walls than expected. I could hear the TV and people's music of the room right next to me I could even hear people talking very easily while just laying in our bed.

It was a perfect location, beautiful hotel. Love the Starbucks downstairs. Definitely worth the money.
When we were in the pool later in the evening, there was a man who came in and out and was making us very uncomfortable. He then started talking to us and following us around the pool and then into the hallways. He was the only man and we were the only women. In the few hours in the pool, I never once saw a staff member who I could ask for help. The lack of staff around made it feel unsafe and we became scared as women on our own. Not that a creepy man is a hotels fault per se, but we couldn’t tell anyone near us. When I went to the desk to try and say something, the desk lady had been rude to the customer in front of me, so I felt that it wouldn’t have been taken seriously, and therefore did not say anything. Where the pool and the gym is situated, anyone who runs on the treadmills is staring right into the pool room. I guess due to where the pool and the gym are located, I would’ve liked to see more staff at least checking on the area. It also would’ve been nice if the front desk people were friendly so that I could feel comfortable telling them about what had happened.

The comfort of the room, and the amenities that was assessable, and also the central location to shopping and dining and sightseeing did not realize how close and inconvenient very nice
The only thing I didn’t care for was your time of serving, whether if it was something to eat or having a cocktail??
