Parking is too expensive and takes too long to get your vehicle.

The staff was very helpful and attentive from the front desk operators to maintenance. The location of the hotel is okay. Family friendly things nearby like Activate but there are some concerning blocks around the area. The room is a nice size and the pool is always great to have downtown. Dogs are allowed so that's good to know for future reference. A full-sized kitchen is always a hot commodity in a hotel and as a vegan, it's important. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning while we were gone and replacing the things we left in their way. The hotel security helped me to feel safe in a busy city at night since the lobby locks after 11pm and you need keys to get inside and use the elevators. The king bed is huge! I appreciate there is breakfast downstairs but with the kitchen in the room, we didn't go at all.
The room floors and dishes could've been cleaner. Right away, we noticed the room only has 1 temperature--HOT. No matter how we set the thermostat when you turned it on it blew out hot air. Maybe it was because we went in late March when it's still chilly but it was pretty ridiculous we either had to be cold or hot in 2026. The blankets supplied were thin and the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable as a curvy person. The bathtub plug had to be set in the drain a certain way to stay plugged and if you bumped it, water would start draining. The sink is weirdly shallow and there isn't much room for toiletries on the countertop while the closet is also too small to hold my luggage. The TV was stubborn and temperamental, the remote control only working sometimes. Though the couch folds out into a bed, when it is out you have a hard time reaching the thermostat and have to climb over the bed. So for anyone older than me (30s) or with mobility issues, this will become a problem.

Always friendly and ready to help.
Every day two bottles of free water in the room would be great.
I missed the chocolate for breakfast and the frozen fruits (blackberries, mango,...) like in the past
Carpets and walls could be renewed

The location was beautiful and nice for the price. The staff were excellent, especially the two ladies who worked the breakfast in the mornings.
Our windows in the bedroom would not close all the way and there was a small draft, so even with the heat on high, it was still cold.

All the staff here are friendly. And the sixth floor of the lounge is very well decorated. The sausage is absolutely delicious for breakfast. We had marmalade jam, bagels and waffles. And soft eggs. We had a great breakfast every morning. It was especially nice to have breakfast in our room.
And I tied it up in the city view, and the view was amazing. Thank you for your care about the cleaning. Actually, I had the hotel key in my wallet, which was stolen. I was nervous that the thief had come all the way to the hotel. But that day, the hotel visit was open. I was so surprised that when I went to the lounge, he put on a supervisor who looked strong. His name was Ron. He checked out a room where it could be dangerous. And I lost my card key, and he changed my card without extra charge... The bottom line was that the door was a little loose because it was old. Ron and the waitress at the counter were so nice..
If I ever come back, I really want to tie it up again. And I left my things behind, and I took care of them, too. This is a hotel where I really felt it was kind of you to do things like this. I was very reassured and grateful. And it was even a room with a kitchen, and pots and forks were already in the room, and the sofa and bed were too soft.
The bottom of the bathtub was a little rough in the U.S., maybe because the water is limewater. But it was okay because I didn't take a bath.
