Had a broken toilet. Told staff in the morning it needed to be fixed right away. Promised me points for the inconvenience, never receiver them

The location is outstanding. It’s invaluable.
The staff in the breakfast area were also super friendly and talkative, always trying to help customers. There was a Mexican girl, who was so sweet, nice, and professional. I think the guy named Jeremiah deserves a shoutout!!
I had the studio room and it was big and comfortable. There is a cleaning service every day, which was also nice! The view was awesome
The variety and quality of the breakfast could be better. The front desk staff was always annoyed if you had questions…
Had some issues with the Wi-Fi connection, but overall it was good. The shower was bad, I meant the water pressure was low.
I wouldn't say it's a Hilton-style hotel

The suite smiled horrible. , we decided to re locate to a different hotel asap. We lasted one hour and left I do not recommend any one to stay at a place that is not clean or smells clean

Wish there were more variety during breakfast. I didn't eat many of the foods available and the kids were looking forward to waffles.

The sofa bed is useless and uncomfortable. Don’t count as a bed because is impossible to sleep there.

I loved the whole set up, very lowkey until you get to the main lobby and see how beautiful it is. Felt secured & was able to use pool as much and gym as much as wanted, breakfast 10/10 . Will be staying here again soon
