It wasn’t clean. I saw couple of hairs on our bedsheet. Bathroom toilet had plumbing issue and bathroom itself was not properly organized

The convenience of the location with rapid access to O’hare and the highways. Plenty of food and store options in the neighbourhood. Good communication to downtown if you avoid rush hours. Great breakfast and very friendly staff.

The carpet is a bit dated and the a/c unit is quite noisy. There is some noise in the rooms facing the road and in the lower floors you can hear the beeping of the airport shuttle when reversing. Despite it all, I enjoy staying at this hotel every time that I’m in the area.
