very happy with my stay. A short walk to the subway station which provides easy access to downtown Chicago. You can even take the shuttle bus to the subway station if you want. Room is clean and comfortable. Parking is easy. No complains.

The position

The staff but especially the cleaning service. Nobody has ever cleaned our room and we stayed for 15 days, they said we were supposed to tell them we wanted our room to be cleaned.

The room has a clicking noise. Like from the smoke detector or something. The AC is very loud but im ok with it. I actually like the white noise from the AC. But there’s a different noise which kept me up all night but it was too late i didnt want to switch room. It was terrible. The noise made me stressed. Gave me big headaches. I couldn’t sleep at all! Imagine you had a long day but couldn’t rest
