Location was great
The building and rooms are in serious need of attention. The bathroom light is impossible to block out if the light is on and the street lights pour in through the corners in the blinds. Bed was lumpy. Room was damp even with the loud air-conditioning going.

Nice location
Room had a weird smell. Had to have a worker to come spray air fresheners in the room and that only lasted for a couple hours. The smell was back

My fiance and I arrived 2 hours before official check in and they offered to hold our bags while we got lunch. While we were checking in our bags they found us an upgraded room and put us in there free of charge with early check in. Very good people to deal with.

Excellent location. The hotel is modern, stylish, clean, and very comfortable. The room was spacious and well-appointed. It’s perfectly located near shops and restaurants, with subway and train access just three blocks away, including a direct connection to the airport. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it
