My biggest issue was that when reserving the room through Booking.com, it was positioned as an option to select "Good Breakfast Included" for an additional $120.00 (2 people for 2 days) or not. I paid extra for the breakfast only to find out the next morning that breakfast is complimentary and included in normal rates. I didn't need to pay extra for it yet nobody onsite or over email was interested in rectifying. Later after my stay, I went on the site out of curiosity and they've removed that option so it's now marked as included. I'm glad they corrected it, but bummed I paid an extra $120.00 for something that was supposed to be complimentary. I just encourage other potential guests to pay attention to that.

Hotel was clean and comfortable.
Only bad thing about hotel room was bathroom door was broke and didn't work. Biggest downfall is the valet. Called valet number as instructed 20 minutes ahead of time before checking out. When we arrived downstairs car was not ready which is fine but we had to wait another 30 minutes before we got our car. Wouldn't of been a big deal any other day but we had an appointment to be at and ended up being late.
