Location is excellent. Right in centre of Waikiki. ABC stores everywhere, beach virtually across the road. Wouldn't find a better location right in Waikiki. Rooms are nice although amenities are basic. Restaurants are everywhere and so much choice, although expensive. Staff pleasant and housekeeping lovely although some days hit and miss.
Pool area is small for size of the hotel. We didnt have a kettle (had a coffee machine) but asked Housekeeping and they brought one up. Amenities are basic.

Location is good.
Hotel is loud. We booked 1 night only to have a room for a few hours 1pm-7pm as we were travelling long distance. There was a power cut during our stay so we ended up not charging our electronics and only using the room to have a shower. Reception staff is slow, you'll have to wait an eternity to get your turn. In fact we just put the card in the box and went straight to the airport without having the time to complain.

Nice views. Convenient. Room was comfortable and clean. Cafe is awesome.
Couldn’t see the Friday fireworks from our room/balcony unfortunately. Parking can be a challenge but once we got into valet it was very smooth.

It was pretty near to beach - about 5 mins walk.
It was on main road yet not noisy.
The room was good and the toilet.
However breakfast was only for 2 people ( though we were family of 4)

The location was good - right next to the International Market, and the housekeeping staff was great.
We checked in on a Thursday, the people in room next to ours had 4 kids that just screamed. The answer was to move US. Then, on Saturday the hotel lost power for hours - no running water for a longer period of time. Plus they charge you a resort fee, but the closed the pool after 2:00 pm two of the days for private events - no warning or advanced notice. They simply didn’t care. A manager waived the resort fee for the two days after I said something…. But the they have refunded the nightly stay when we had no power or water for several hours.

Location and decor our room was very high so great views - ocean at an angle but great outlook
Adjoining room could hear people next door talking and coughing so not private or soundproofed . Room was not hoovered while we stayed and very dusty so didn’t feel that clean . Bathroom was fine . Also balcony was very exposed with only bar fencing so felt giddy using it .

Our third stay at this hotel as a family of four. Great modern rooms with ample bathroom space which is a must when travelling with teenagers. Excellent location. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We loved staying at this hotel. It was in the heart of waikiki which I was a little nervous about because I usually don't like crowds however it was close to everything and transport of all kinds are at your doorstep or just around the corner. Beach shops and restaurants are all just a short walk. We took advantage of booking 'Auana' the cirque du soleil show within the hotel. Spectacular!!
The hotel had everything we needed and the staff were excellent. A shout out in particular to Kristina on reception, David at the bell desk, and Marylin, our beautiful housekeeper.
Our double deluxe ocean view room had amazing views and was comfortable for my husband, 15 year old son, and I.
Perhaps somewhere to hand some clothes and beach towels in the hotel room.

Location
It was very chaotic and crowded. They did not have enough parking spaces at the hotel and then overcharged you for an off site garage. There were not enough elevators they were always full and it was a very long wait.

The location is great, right in the centre of Waikiki, 5 minutes to the beach and next to all the shops. Despite this the room was quiet at night. One of the comfiest beds we've ever stayed in and the room was kept incredibly clean. The hotel itself and the rooms were modern and felt very new and fresh. The cafe attached to the hotel/pool is great, with a cheap happy hour and good atmosphere, and the Maui Brewing Co bar and restaurant also attached was one of our favourite meals/drink spots.
As there is a twice daily acrobatic show hosted in the hotel, the lobby, lifts and escalators are carnage around 5-8pm with non-guests. This was frustrating and a little stressful to wade through at times. The pool is quite small with only about 20 sunbeds which did fill up but we just went to the beaches.
