Location was amazing, lobby amazing, pool was outstanding and the room was fantastic! Views of the strip and pool. Everything rocked!
One complaint I had was the free breakfast invluded didn't include our children which felt deceptive and was quite expensive for 3 kids. Free breakfast should include all guests of the booking.

Tight rooms for a family of 4. We didn’t have our room cleaned for our 2 night stay. No water bottles available. Unpaid WiFi was okay, wasn’t willing to upgrade to pay.
Great location to the main shopping strip, staff were very friendly.

Location could not have been better. It is right in the middle of all main Waikīkī shopping, res, and most of all, the main beach area. The beach is right across the street. I also liked that there is self pay laundry services down by the valet parking area. It is small, however got the job done so we could come home with clean clothes! Parking was $55per night, however that is common in this area due to the lack of space. So definitely not a negative and it was al valet, so we didn’t need to worry about finding a space. Very nice and easy…oh, and the valet attendants were also very helpful with special event management and giving us ideas on where to go and what to see from a local perspective.
I can’t say I have any negatives. Waikīkī is very busy and I found this to be a very pleasant hotel in the heart of the main area yet the hotel felt away from the hustle and bustle due to taking an escalator up into the hotel off the main walkway.

Cirque du Solei was fantastic, staff were great and location was great. Maui Brewery room service was great. Hotel cleaning staff were great - any requests were met promptly.
Paid for 3 tours thru their tours desk, paid quite a bit extra for these, and the guy was very helpful. But was disappointed that for the extra money I spent booking these tours thru them they were not able to help me when I was unable to attend one of the tours as I woke up sick that morning. Ending up booking the tour myself for nearly $70usd cheaper - so there was no benefit of going thru the tour desk.

We loved the staff, all very friendly, the cafe had excellent food and drinks, great views from the room and amazing location. The room was comfortable and had great space, bed, bathroom.
The pool was a bit small and could be busy at times, but had a great vibe. We also didn’t expect to pay so much to park the car ($55 per night for valet parking only - no self parking spaces) which added a huge amount to our holiday costs, and there didn’t seem to be any free parking close by.
