I love this hotel because of its excellent location and the outstanding service provided by the manager. As a regular customer, I truly appreciate their hospitality and attentiveness. They have always been willing to assist with any issues I’ve had, especially accommodating my back issues by ensuring a suitable bed. Additionally, they go the extra mile by offering me a free upgrade whenever available, which makes my stays even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Location, friendly & helpful staff, all amenities for a care-free getaway
Drone spotted looking into our room from balcony. Staff reached out to us when we informed them. Evidently, drones are hard to catch in the act & security from their intrusions are difficult to enforce. Keep in mind when in rooms & close curtains if privacy is desired.

The staff, Alex at Check in provided the Best service. The Bellman that helped me with my luggage to the room was truly amazing and helpful.

Dennis was the nicest ever. We looked forward to seeing him every morning . The service was GREAT & Coffee Delicious I bought Kaui coffee before we left .

Nothing could be better. House keeping was beyond great service and fabulous water replacement .
Beds were comfy and crisp daily I left notes all over for housekeeping ! Well done !
KAVIKA , greeted us with a great smile and warmth at the entrance daily . We enjoyed him and will hope he is there to greet us again (what a great find) the entire staff service cars and greeting was fabulous

Alex absolutely made the best impression of how a GSM should treat its guests. He went above and beyond. He and his staff are some of the friendliest on island. They absolutely excel in service. The hotel and amenities speak for themselves, but having the staff to be just as high class is all you can ask for! Mahalo for making this a home away from home. See y’all again very soon.
