Disability rooms should not be on a level where you need to access the stairs to leave they should not have a shower over the bath ie step in and when they advertise themselves as with shuttle to universal it should be a regular service not one out and two back as night !! And once again not usable for someone who has mobility issues and uses a scooter

The hitel is located very close to Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure. It was really easy to get to the park.
There was a Taco Bell, KFC, and IHOP right in the parking area. All three were within a couple hundred yards.
The lobby was welcoming.
The bed was uncomfortable. I can be finicky about beds, so I don't usually put my opinion in a review, but my wife woke up many times during the night.
The door door to the room wouldn't shut completely, even when using a shoulder to try and slam it. The only thing keeping the door shut was the secondary lock.
There was a smashed vehicle with broken glass all around the parking spot. I realize that the property doesn't have total control over that, but I would think they could get it cleaned up within a few days.

Friendly and professional staff, clean rooms, good complimentary breakfast
Trip to park, shuttle was full and we had to stand up and hold on to the luggage rack, safety issue. Return trip free shuttle situation, another private bus parked in our shuttle's spot so then we were worried about where ours would be parked, found it but stressful.

Close to everything. Spacious room. Free parking. Attentive receptionists. Microwave and friobar in room.
Breakfast was very limited. Only banana for fruit, no yogurt.
Furnishings were in need 9f updating. Reception área was dark, worn furniture, not welcoming.

The bathroom floor was not clean,when the floor towel was used to step out on after the shower, floor towel was dirty from the floor..More pillows needed to be added most people can't lay to low.

The front desk staff were wonderful! Nora and Francesca were so kind. The location was convenient having IHOP next door and a short drive to Epic!
Unfortunately, they ran out of pillows and I was informed the standard for this establishment is to put 3 pillows on each Queen bed. This not only was an inconvenience but an incredibly uncomfortable one. The bed was hard as a rock. Sprinkler heads coated in dust and the room had a musky smell.

It was nice to have free breakfast available for the start of our day. Free transportation by shuttle to Universal's hub was an awesome perk for staying at this hotel. The price for our 3-night stay was great and helped us afford this trip. I went to Walgreens, Walmart, and Ross, which were all a short car ride away. Going to the world's largest McDonald's was cool, too.
I would stay here again.
It could use an update in its room furnishings and baggage carts (only 2 were available for the whole hotel).
Breakfast was carb-heavy, with no fresh fruit available, but I didn't complain about free food.
My remote was really dirty when I cleaned it with a Clorox wipe.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room along with the linens and towels were clean. Breakfast was good also.
The fire sprinkler in my room was covered it dust. It appeared to have not been checked or tested in many months.

The breakfast was great and Olga did a wonderful job at getting things prepared and restocked each time. The front desk staff was amazing too. They were very personable and answered questions that we had.
The facilities need some work. The pool was not clean and there were only four chairs that were not broken to sit in out there. The rooms were ok especially for the price; however the bathrooms could use some upkeep.
