Clean spacious room, close to Universal, fast food stores in walking distance, coffee in lobby 7/24
Breakfast was very poor, no honey, butter in micro boxes, low quality bread and cakes. Shuttle departure 8:15 although it takes a few minutes to park which opens at 9:00am. There could be an additional shuttle for 9:00, only because of early shuttle i paid 30$ daily for parking. Free shuttle was useless for us because we don't want to wake up unnecessarily early.

Good location close to Universal Studios and had a great complimentary breakfast.
The room was a little dated and you could tell the ceiling had been repaired in the past from water damage.

The shower curtain would not stay closed which had water outside of tub which large puddles of water resulting in having to get additional towels

There are not many options around the hotel within walking distance, in case you want to have lunch / dinner somewhere else.

The breakfast choices had gone down hill from our last visit in October 2024
No yogurts or nice pastries and the milk didn’t taste good so couldn’t have cereal
Scrambled eggs were really dry and the meat patties were tasteless

The location is perfect, close to the Universal studio. They provided the free shuttle bus. Check-in and check-out was smoother in the advanced online process. It was cleaned daily. The staff was responsive and friendly.

The hotel was clean, staff was helpful, and the breakfast was pretty decent.
Breakfast could start a little earlier and have some fruits. The hairdryer kept turning off (I think it was overheating, but super quickly).
