Very nice breakfast and very clean and very helpful.
Returned the rental car and caught the shuttle back to the hotel with little trouble. And we left the next morning at 4:30 for an international flight. We were pleasantly surprised that they had many breakfast items for those
on earlier flights.
We will most definitely stay when we travel to Orlando again!

The customer service was outstanding - they have washer n dryer on site - location is awesome - and the deal we got through booking.com was perfect!
The free breakfast was ok. Will NOT complain at all because I'm a man who grew up with nothing and at times has nothing so I will never down a free breakfast. They do have Belgian waffles to make fresh, hot eggs, I tend not to eat pork so at times they had veggie sausage patties (some folks have complained) but even my wife who is a meat eater enjoyed the veggie sausage patty. Keep in mind it's all included where I've seen other of the surrounding hotels DONT offer free breakfast.

The bed was clean and comfortable especially after a late flight. The staff were very sweet. The free shuttle from the airport was very helpful!
The hotel seemed very outdated and kind of grungy. The shower pressure was pretty terrible and the continental breakfast, altogether free, was awful. The coffee was a joke and the breakfast options seemed questionable at best. We were supposed to stay here again for our last night in town but decided to cancel and book elsewhere. Not worth the money staying here.

Location was perfect. Several restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Breakfast was great, I had oatmeal and yogurt. My husband had the waffle and it looked delicious. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. The hot tub looked very inviting and I wish I wasn't too tired to take advantage of it.
Limited shuttle time options.
