This was a lovely hotel. Very close to Islands of Adventure and Universal with a frequent water taxi to them and a bus to Epic Universe. Pool area was excellent for families.
The only criticism is the limited children’s menu in the onsite eating areas with limited side orders available to increase vegetable options.

Very well connected to the parks by boat for a 20 min journey going every 15 mins, or a level riverside walk of around 15 mins. Very impressive building. Nice pool facilities Spacious rooms. Helpful reception desk staff
Not much to do in the hotel with kids during the evening other than sit around in the spacious lobby. Food and drink was super expensive and of average quality.
