I thought the space in the bedroom for 4 people was very limited.
Would have liked a separate shower to bath.

Room ready by 8.30am when we checked in! Wonderful staff, large room, super dinner and breakfast at The Kitchen. Included 2 days of unlimited express passes for Universal Studios. Rock memorabilia throughout the hotel.

Travelled from UK stayed in villa then travelled to hotel, wouldn't accept copies of passport so had to drive back to villa
Personally this should be in big bold highlighted writing bot in small orint
Our facilities in room soap dispenser shampoo all empty luckily I had brought some but considering it was cleaned this should hve been checked
