Lovely hotel, helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Express passes excellent.
Bus service to volcano bay and epic could have been more frequent. Halfhour wait for buses at both parks, plenty of buses for other hotels passed by.

The room was very nice, check in staff etc were very pleasant. The use of express passes on the day of check-in and check out was a positive..
The pool area and hot tub was a bit run down in parts. The biggest disappointment was the bus service to the hotel it was slow and took quite a while. The buses to cabana bay etc were a hundred times better and Universal needs to fix this.

Its location & being able to get Express passes for Universal.
I felt the room was very basic, not even any shower gel. The tea/coffee maker didn't work, also there was no tea anyway! Also bottle of water in the room was $8!

The express pass benefit to the parks is absolute amazing! Staff awesome as well! It was my honeymoon and they gave us treats!

Room is too far of the elevator / but the main negative thing is everything extra in the Hotel is charged, even the internet Wi fii.

Check in staffs a bit grumpy in the morning we check in. Club level not enough variety of food & too small.
