Nothing in this hotel speaks Universal . It was like a ghost town. Nor many people moving around and it felt just like a nice holiday in. No food outside by the pool either !

Beautiful resorts and pools all together. A resort mgr at Sapphire took the time to walk us around and tell us all about the properties. We visit Orlando almost every year for the past 11 yrs and always stay at Disney. Next time we will strongly consider Universal instead.

Nice hotel with excellent views!
My third time staying at the hotel, all of which have been great.
The location to Universal and City Walk is perfect along the garden walk. The pool is clean with a nice atmosphere and great music.
The rooftop bar is a must visit with exceptional views!
