Guest services and front desk was amazing. Great hotel overall.
Housekeeping came in while we were out, dumped trash and replenish towels. That was it, didn’t even make up the bed or anything else.

I liked the convenience of the mall and the receptionist was really nice and helped us out. Bed was comfortable.
The bathroom didn’t have a fan so it kept getting water on the ceiling and floor every time we showered. Other than that it, no other problems. Would’ve liked to not have my stuff soaked

I liked the convenience of the location. I was in Orlando for warped tour at the camping stadium and it was less than 20 min away. Also being attached to the mall and having a Starbucks and chic fil an inside was very convenient.
