location was great for our team - close to everything - having the ability to walk into the mall, was nice to just explore and have many food options around -- staff was helpful for checking in and letting into the pool early
---probably my mistake, but there was confusion because I put the guests names on the rooms --- caused a bit of back log for check in since it made each into individual check ins --- again probably my mistake

That it was right next to a great shopping centre. Staff were friendly and helpful.
I would have preferred a shower cubicle rather than a bath and shower curtain.

Loved the location, so great for shopping! The staff were great and helpful.
No milk provided for tea and coffee, I went down stairs and paid for a cup of milk from the bar for a cup of tea (it was later at night) and when I got to the room it was cream (not milk). Powdered milk sachets are not going to cut it.
