Everything! Breakfast was always great. There was a wide variety to choose from. The room was spacious and clean. Towels were replenished everyday if we needed it. Repairs to a faulty cupboard in our room was immediately fixed when I reported it.
We've been staying at this hotel for our past 3 stays in this area (2018, 2024, 2025). I think some of the bed mattresses needs replacing. They are sunk in the middle.

The staff was very friendly and the property was very convenient to our plans while in the area. The food was good and the rooms was very clean and comfortable.
The furniture in the living room area was a bit outdated and very comfortable, but aside from that, everything was great!

The staff was very nice, check-in was smooth, breakfast was great and the size of our room was awesome!
Small thing but the blow dryers weren't strong,, the AC was a challenge had to close the vents to redirect air into the master bedroom. The last thing, was that the pots and pans were awesome having 2burners but the pots and pans weren't nonstick which makes food stick to them.

Great breakfast--the essentials.
Location awesome. We didn't catch the shuttle, but walked over to SeaWorld. Very nice short walk. Gas station next door was ideal when ready to fill up for drive home.
SeaWorld offer in lobby was not even known by agent on sight. SeaWorld themselves did not know about it. A bummer because it would have been nice to receive a free gift.

It was very nice , offered breakfast every day and Sun-Thursday they offered dinner included . It was clean , spacious, and very comfortable. It was also very close to sea world . Will stay here again , plans already in motion.
