Our room smelled bad like a cleaner was used to mask a smell, it was very overwhelming walking into the room, also at breakfast the woman cooking the waffles was hanging out undercooked waffles

It was close to the airport and had a really nice complimentary hot breakfast. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed.
We really wanted to enjoy the hot tub but the jets were not functional. Very disappointing. The hotel is also filled with a lot of parties which was a bit annoying.

The main reason we stayed was so we could have a shuttle to the airport and had we not called the front desk about having a shuttle there at 4:40 a.m. to get us to the airport we would not have known the shuttle wasn't running and would have been scrambling to get an uber

Location and rooms
There was a little roach in our room by the dining table. This was the only bad thing about the stay. Toilets get clogged easily too but I would stay here again . The staff was very welcoming and very nice and the location was perfect. .

Receptionist was fantastic. Very nice girl and very helpful.
Walked into the first room I was given at 1 AM after a long flight and walked in to roaches on the floor.
Receptionist provided me a room on another floor and said I could check it all out to see if it was ok and let her know. No issues with the second room provided but I was paranoid about it all night and didn’t sleep well. (Extreme fear of roaches)
