The location was excellent; however, the rooms and furniture were somewhat outdated.
The sofa sleeper was uncomfortable and did not include adequate bedding. Additionally, the bathroom was very small and appeared outdated.

I’m appreciated the location and the fact that we could use the facilities at the three locations right there on the property.
They were not ready for us at check in time. We waited another 30 min before asking again if we could check in. They did not offer any kind of compensation for the wait/inconvenience and we had to ask for free parking as a way to compensate. Also, we had reserved an ADA compliant room and the bathroom was not accommodating by any stretch. No hand rails. no seat. Not even wheel chair accessible. The building itself definitely needs some repairs and upkeep as well.

Breakfast was good with many options to choose and big space for eating breakfast. Great location to Disney Land. Nice and friendly staff. $5 voucher each day for buying like a bottle of water or anything below $5.
Very crowded. Clogged bathtub but get fixed when they got informed. We got charged for parking although we did not have car but this issue got resolved in check-out.

location good for disney parks
at arrival we were told our rooms were not available, despite me having already paid in advance and in full. We were moved to another (cheaper) hotel in same area without any compensation. The hotel we stayed was a lower quality option
