Location was great.
Didn’t clean our room the first night (no trash pick up or change out used towels), had to pay for parking on top of the hotel itself and the rate for the last day wasn’t worth the room - I have stayed in much nicer places for less in Orlando.

Check-in was simple and a real pleasure. The gentleman who checked us in was so helpful in explaining everything; I wish I could remember his name.
The ladies making and serving breakfast were so welcoming I felt like I was at home with mom.
I would like to have a safe in the room.

The location was good, close to parks
Carpet in the room was stained. Shower tub was not the cleanest. Bathroom was very average. No hand shower. Plastic shower liner was dirty and short so all the water kept coming out

Wonderful staff that were very accommodating. In addition, being able to enjoy a full complimentary breakfast was very pleasant.
The only inconvenience was having to pay for parking. Other than that, there really wasn't anything else that I disliked.

Location
No hot wafer. No maintenance to fix the problem. Was told i could use a different shower in a different room bjt that shower was not hot either. Very uncomfortable

The location was great and there was a lot to do close. We were able to walk to restaurants.
There was very little hot water. It was at best luke warm. The bathroom was in need of some updates and the bed was so close to the a/c unit that you couldn't sleep there. There were no outlets near the bed so you had to plug in your stuff away from the beds.

The breakfast crew. I have never stayed at a place where they were the ones that picked your muffins, breads and then toasted your bagels for you. Very awkward. I prefer to do my own.

Staff was friendly and helpful
Room was not very clean, stains in the bath tub and toilet. Bed sheets also had some stains. Room was outdated. Breakfast was not good, all plastic plates and cups, could not get a normal cup for my coffee had to use plastic all around
