Breakfast was free with room , plenty of options on the buffett
Plenty of space in lobby good starter in the morning for entire family
Staff at breakfast were very sweet helping all the way around,
Tables were new and clean .
Front dest staff ( Missy, Richard, tito , Jen) all very helpfull and friendly .
Excellent dry clean same day service which is a life saver for events.
I can't think anything more to make my stay more comfortable , room service the cleaning of room on time and spotless .

The location is perfect. Close to everything.
We had reserved a king room through Bookjng, but when we arrived, only queens were available. Not sure how you can RESERVE a room and then not have it available on arrival. It was very disappointing, but since we had no choice we made the best of it.
ALSO, the WiFi is awful! Very hard to stay connected.

Great service at checking in. The breakfast in the morning was really good quality.
The only thing that we didn’t care for is that when we book this property, we use the McDonald’s app with our points for the $50 off our stay and was not honored it when we got to the property. so it so it cost us more to stay there and I would’ve chosen a different location that would’ve honored the $50 off through booking and the McDonald’s app.

I liked the location
The bathroom doors have smoked glass doors that you can see your silhouette. Its unconditional, breakfast was horrible l and the $20 for parking that's not even secure.

The location is great. It’s close to everything.
The rooms looked unkept. There’s a horrible smell coming from the bathroom, I think it’s the water. We were handed towels that did not look clean at all, they had yellowish and brown stains. The blankets (underneath the covers) were blood stained likely from nose bleeds. If the covers would be sealed or closable it would be fine but they fall off and it’s very horrid to randomly see small blood stains. Staff was nice, rooms big and location great, but that’s about it.

The property was literally across the street to Sea World. They had a free shuttle to Sea World all other nearby hotels. We enjoyed the pool with its splash area of Orcas and penguins. The gym was super clean as was the whole hotel. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was in a nice location. The room was very clean. Booking didn't put the notes for a crib but I called the front desk and it was sent immediately. The pool area was nice my kids loved it. I can't wait to return for my son's birthday when we can spend more time.
Everything was perfect. Can't wait to return. I didn't like that food can't be delivered to the room.
